Counselling is a very personal process. I use an integrative approach which is tailored to meet each client's needs. Together we explore thoughts feelings and behaviour and find positive outcomes to difficult situations. I equip my clients with tools to enable them to deal with difficult issues , to develop coping and problem solving skills and also to accept & look at these issues in a new and less frightening way. Together we work with enhancing well-being & promoting awareness & growth One to one & couples counselling available.
